As a Federal Government contractor, CJW is subject to the requirements of Executive Order 11246, as amended, Section 402 of the Vietnam era Veterans Readjustment Act of 1972, as amended, Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, and related rules and regulations of the Department of Labor and the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs. We are obligated to obtain information from our subcontractors and suppliers regarding certain certifications with regard to applicable contracts. Additionally, we require all Subcontractors to adhere to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) requirements. The Subcontractor shall not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment based on their status as protected veterans or individuals with disabilities, and prohibit discrimination against all individuals based on their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or national origin. Subcontractors shall comply with the EEO Provisions as stipulated in the Contract, the General Conditions, and Special Provisions of the bid documents, to include all documentation requirements listed therein.
Any subcontractor whose bid exceeds $100,000.00 must supply a Certificate of Insurance and a 100% Performance and Payment Bond from an approved surety.
All subcontractors for non-federal projects are required to sign and adhere to our standard subcontract agreement. Please review this agreement in full prior to bid submission. By submitting a bid to CJW, you acknowledge that you have been provided the opportunity to review the subcontract agreement in full and are willing to sign said agreement if selected for award of a subcontract.
