DESIGN BUILD PREFAB MAINTENANCE BUILDINGS

Moreno Valley and Temecula, CA

CJW designed and constructed both Moreno Valley RWRF and Temecula Valley RWRF Maintenance Buildings. The design-builder work included a prefabricated building to each site with a split roof configuration, where the higher roof extends over the maintenance shop and drive-thru area and the lower roof covers the office and storage half of the building. The building was approximately 6400 square feet. The building included two offices, men's and women's restrooms and lockers, a warehouse, an electrical room, and storage. There was also a mezzanine in the warehouse for storage.

The Civil work included site grading, roadways and pavement, parking stalls, driveways, and curbs and gutters. Utility connections for water, sewer, natural gas, and electrical were installed to complete the functionality of each maintenance building.
