SAN GABRIEL RIVER DROP STRUCTURES 3, 4, 5, AND 8

Azusa, CA-Outstanding CCASS Evaluation From Owner           

CJW repaired damaged existing concrete drop structures #3, 4, 5 and 8 at the Santa Fe Flood Control Basin just north of the Santa Fe Dam located in Los Angeles County, City of Azusa, CA. The Owner of the Project was the US Army Corps of Engineers.
 
The scope of work included: preparing access route plan, establishment of new routes, access ramps, and staging areas; dewatering, diversion and water control; demolition and disposal of existing concrete, restoration of existing weep holes, protection and pressure washing of all existing grouted stone, construction and placement of reinforced concrete slabs; preparation of spill prevention plan and fire prevention plan.
